A nice early Sunday morning for lifting manhole covers
Sometimes it's necessary to work when lifting manhole covers will have the least impact on the traffic—another site investigation for an s104 application.
Undertaking a site visit to be able to produce a final valuation for the groundworks subcontractor (Lee Sinclair Plant) on the redevelopment of the South Burgage Plots area adjacent to Haverfordwest Castle.
This manhole cover will need a hydraulic lift from the guys at DCWW, ... ... and I'm going to need to straighten my manhole lifter !!!

A s104 (Section 104 of the Water Industry Act (1991)) agreement is a legal agreement between a developer and a water company, where the developer agrees to build sewers to an agreed standard, which the water company will then adopt.
